I guess it depends on a number of factors. I don't have any examples to share, but in years past I've read about ancient or medieval road pathways that were uncovered, where the original paving stones had been removed by people centuries ago.
Our superhighways might leave very easily discernable traces even after the pavements have decayed away (or been removed) via the superstructures that support them, including drainage ditches, rebar skeletons, earthen embankments, built up exit ramps, and more.
