Honestly, I'd like to see an adaptation that is faithful to the original concept. Yes, I enjoyed the Ronald D. Moore reboot but it wasn't as good (for me) as the original Space Opera BSG. That show came before its time and was killed by ABC Television because they didn't understand it. It actually drew 20 million viewers a week and it took the entire season for ABC to justify killing it by moving the timeslot around and delaying broadcast of various episodes.
It was reviled by critics as a "cheap" knock-off of Star Wars but it was so much more than that, and the Ronald D. Moore show failed to live up to that grand idea.

Now we have 10s of thousands of streaming apps. So building a large audience will be a real challenge.
